Buenaventura Golf Couse is an 18-hole golf course owned by the City of Ventura and professionally managed by KemperSports. It was originally designed by William Park Bell in 1932 and redesigned in 2006 by Forrest Richardson. The 5,826-yard parkland style course features tree-lined fairways and emphasizes course management. It’s a shot maker’s delight aiming towards design features that were prevalent in the 1930s. Stepping onto the course is like stepping back in time. This is a very walkable golf course.

Buenaventura Golf Course features a putting green, the 19th Bar and Grille and the Wedgewood Wedding and Banquet Center. The course is rated 4-stars Places to Play” by Golf Digest and considered a locals favorite for its playability.
